The Coach also helps the client in experimenting with new ways of Being through stretched homework which the client needs to play with in real-life scenarios. .. This experience becomes the basis for the next session to delve further into the client’s life – what motivates them to show up, what is holding them back and what future expression drives them forward .. The living question and goal is different for each person and so the coach adapts to their needs and works hand in hand – to deepen the learning and to forward the action.
